Current research interests

Dr. Salanga’s research projects focus on the areas of personality and social psychology. She is currently working on cross-cultural studies that examine intergroup relations (lay theories of culture) in the context of globalization. She is also working on projects on wisdom, and protean and boundaryless career attitudes.

I am looking into the impact of positive psychological factors on personal and workplace well-being. I want to investigate the professional development of Filipino mental health workers and the ways by which we could improve on the delivery of effective services.

Patricia Del Pilar Simon

Current research interests

Tracy is interested in Clinical Psychology topics, especially in tele-mental health and the delivery of remote psychological interventions for the youth. For her doctoral dissertation, she has worked on perfectionism, autonomy support, and anxiety of university students. She is hoping to apply her findings from her dissertation to develop a mental health program for students to be delivered online.
